Delete your account
You can remove your EV Souk account yourself, from inside the app, at any time. Here's how, and exactly what happens to your data afterwards.
Delete it from the app
This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately.
- Open EV SoukSign in if you aren't already.
- Go to AccountThe last tab in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete accountBelow Settings and the legal links.
- Confirm who you areWe'll ask you to sign in again — by SMS code, Google, Apple or your password, depending on how you normally sign in. This stops someone deleting your account from an unattended phone.
- Confirm the deletionRead what's removed, then confirm. It happens straight away.
What happens to your data
Deleted permanently
- Your profile — name, email, phone number and photo
- Your sign-in credentials
- Any Emirates ID or trade licence you uploaded, including the image files
- Your saved cars
- Your active listings, removed from the marketplace
Kept, with your name removed
- Conversations you took part in — the other person keeps their copy, and your name is replaced with "Deleted user"
- Cars you already sold, so the buyer keeps a record of the deal
We keep those two things because the other person in a transaction has a legitimate interest in their own record of it. Removing your name and photo means nothing identifies you, while their history stays intact.

This can't be undone
There is no grace period and no recovery. Once you confirm, the account is gone and we cannot restore it — not your listings, not your saved cars, not your verified status.
If you sign up again later it will be a new account, starting from scratch.
If you only want a break, you can deactivate individual listings from My Listings instead. They come off the marketplace and you can reactivate them whenever you like, without losing anything.
Can't sign in?
If you've lost access to your phone number or email and can't reach the in-app option, email us and we'll handle it for you.
Use the subject line Account deletion request and include the phone number or email address on the account. We'll need to confirm it's really you before we delete anything.
We respond within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

هذه أسرع طريقة، ويسري الحذف فورًا.
- افتح إي في سوقوسجّل الدخول إن لم تكن مسجلًا.
- انتقل إلى الحسابآخر تبويب في الشريط السفلي.
- انزل إلى الأسفل واضغط «حذف الحساب»أسفل الإعدادات والروابط القانونية.
- أكّد هويتكسنطلب منك تسجيل الدخول مرة أخرى — برمز يصلك عبر رسالة نصية، أو عبر Google أو Apple أو كلمة المرور، حسب طريقتك المعتادة. هذا يمنع شخصًا آخر من حذف حسابك من هاتف غير مراقب.
- أكّد الحذفاقرأ ما سيُحذف ثم أكّد. يتم التنفيذ مباشرة.
ماذا يحدث لبياناتك
يُحذف نهائيًا
- ملفك الشخصي — الاسم والبريد ورقم الهاتف والصورة
- بيانات تسجيل دخولك
- أي هوية إماراتية أو رخصة تجارية رفعتها، بما في ذلك ملفات الصور
- سياراتك المحفوظة
- إعلاناتك النشطة، وتُزال من السوق
يبقى بعد إزالة اسمك
- المحادثات التي شاركت فيها — يحتفظ الطرف الآخر بنسخته، ويُستبدل اسمك بعبارة «مستخدم محذوف»
- السيارات التي بعتها سابقًا، ليحتفظ المشتري بسجل الصفقة
نبقي هذين الأمرين لأن للطرف الآخر في أي صفقة مصلحة مشروعة في الاحتفاظ بسجله الخاص بها. وإزالة اسمك وصورتك تعني ألا يدلّ عليك شيء، مع بقاء سجله سليمًا.

لا يمكن التراجع عن هذا
لا توجد مهلة سماح ولا استعادة. بمجرد تأكيدك يختفي الحساب ولا يمكننا استرجاعه — لا إعلاناتك، ولا سياراتك المحفوظة، ولا حالة التوثيق.
وإذا سجّلت مرة أخرى لاحقًا فسيكون حسابًا جديدًا يبدأ من الصفر.
وإن كنت ترغب في استراحة فقط، يمكنك إيقاف إعلانات بعينها من «إعلاناتي» بدلًا من ذلك. تُزال من السوق ويمكنك إعادة تفعيلها متى شئت دون أن تفقد شيئًا.
لا تستطيع تسجيل الدخول؟
إذا فقدت الوصول إلى رقم هاتفك أو بريدك ولم تتمكّن من استخدام الخيار داخل التطبيق، راسلنا وسنتولّى الأمر نيابة عنك.
البريد الإلكتروني
اكتب في عنوان الرسالة Account deletion request وأرفق رقم الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني المرتبط بالحساب. سنحتاج إلى التأكد من هويتك قبل حذف أي شيء.
نردّ خلال 30 يومًا، وغالبًا أسرع من ذلك بكثير.
